• Carpenters to continue to work on both towers and interior

• Has started working on drywall and taping

• Will continue taping over the weekend

Jos. F Becker, Inc.

• Masonry contractor cond. to stonework and brickwork next week

• They are looking to start removing all their equipment off site

Federal Steel

• Are continuing to weld the remaining steel, looking to be completed next week

Roofing Contractor

• Completed the TPO roofing, tower roofing material will ship from Chicago 3-25

• They have started the flat metal roofing today and will continue to work on it next week.

Norman Electric

• Electrician onsite working on cameras and rough electrical, and inside the tank room

• Also working on the towers

Plumbing Contractor

• Running water line for interior and will continue to work in the equipment room

• Will start the gas lines next week.

Car Wash Contractor

• To continue working on the tunnel panel, tank room, and equipment room

Henke Excavating

• Removing the existing curbs

• Pouring curbs

Storefront contractor

• Looking to install the window frames and will start on the glass late next week

EIFs contractor

• Will continue to work on the foam eaves, weather permitting
